Thank you for shopping with ABASIC. We proudly operate as a print-on-demand store using Printify’s network of print providers. All orders are custom-made and shipped directly from our production partners. Below you will find our detailed shipping policy, including available shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

1. Production Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and fulfilled before it is shipped. Production times may vary depending on the item and the print provider.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options through Printify, depending on your location and the provider assigned to your order:

Shipping costs may vary based on the product, location, and number of items ordered. Final rates are calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Domestic (US): 2–8 business days depending on the shipping method selected

  • International: 10–30 business days depending on destination and availability

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Considerations

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not be able to deliver there.

  • Orders cannot be rerouted or modified once shipped.

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping may incur additional fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
