Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at ABASIC. As a print-on-demand brand powered by Printify, all our products are custom-made especially for you. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse

Since all ABASIC products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or style

  • You changed your mind after the order

Please double-check all product details, sizing guides, and shipping information before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during production or shipping, we offer two resolution options:

  • A free reprint of the affected item

  • A refund to your original payment method

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Submit a clear photo of the item showing the issue via our contact form or email

You do not need to return the damaged item.

If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, please submit a group photo or video clearly displaying all affected products in one frame.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. If your order was placed using a currency other than USD, your refund may be credited back directly to your original payment source based on Printify’s policy.

4. Print Placement Tolerance

For DTG (direct-to-garment) printed items, a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches for print placement is considered acceptable and not eligible for a refund or reprint.

5. Failed Deliveries

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect address or failure to receive the package):

  • You may request a reprint with an additional shipping fee

  • Or request a partial refund, depending on the situation

To request a reprint or refund:

  • Subject: "Order Issue - [Your Order Number]"

  • Include: Clear photo(s), description of the issue, and order details
