1. What is ABASIC?
ABASIC is a premium print-on-demand fashion brand offering elevated wardrobe essentials like t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, and loungewear. All items are custom-made upon order and shipped directly to your door.

When you place an order, we begin production through our trusted partner Printify. Each product is made-to-order, which helps reduce waste and ensures you receive a freshly printed piece

Please allow 2–5 business days for production. Shipping time varies by method:

• Standard Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
• Economy Shipping (US): 4–8 business days
• International Shipping: 10–30 business days

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Because all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@abasicapparel.com. If the order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to update your address. If it has shipped, you may need to place a new order.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

By operating on a print-on-demand model, we avoid overproduction and reduce waste. We also work with print providers who prioritize ethical practices and sustainability wherever possible.

At the moment, our designs are set per collection. However, if you're interested in a bulk or custom order for an event, team, or business, contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss options.
